The superpopular cinema mornings for Ukrainian children continue! “Around The World in 80 Days” with “Miriam” and “Raggie”!

Cinema “Sõprus”, Nukufilm, A Film and VLG Estonia invite Ukrainian children to FREE cinema mornings. Featuring all the “Miriam” short films, “Raggie” dubbed into Russian and the children’s adventure film in Ukrainian “Around The World in 80 Days”. All visitors receive a free ice cream and are invited to join our play corner. Everyone is welcome and you can join us at any time.

The children can watch all three films in one sitting or on separate days.

MIRIAM’S STORIES

Miriam is a small stubborn girl whose imagination and desire to be by herself lead her on all sorts of fun adventures and situations. She has playful fantasies and problems. Miriam’s Stories take us with the 6-year old girl, her small brother, mother, father, and their friendly chicken on their everyday tasks. Yes, Miriam’s friend is a human-like chicken, who is a reflection of Miriam’s can-do attitude.

RAGGIE

Ruby is turning six and her life is in balance – she has an older brother Mark, who is her best friend and always has time to play with her. Then summer is over and Mark has to go back to school. He won´t have time for her sister anymore. Ruby is devastated. Mark decides to make Ruby a new companion: a doll - Raggie. In a wonderful magical moment, Raggie comes to life, at least in Ruby´s perception. Now she has eyes for her new friend only and Ruby spends all her days with Raggie. This changes the relationship between brother and sister, and causes problems in the family. Raggie feels guilty for dividing the brother and sister. He decides to leave the family hoping that this will bring the siblings back together. Not known to Raggie though, Ruby is heartbroken once again. When Mark realizes that Ruby will go through fire and ice in order to find her doll, he agrees to join her on the rescue mission.

AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS

Passepartout is a young and scholarly marmoset who always dreamt of becoming an explorer. One day, he crosses paths with Phileas, a reckless and greedy frog who takes on a bet to circumnavigate the globe in 80 days and earn 10 million clams in the process. Seizing the opportunity of a lifetime to explore the world, Passepartout and his new friend embark on a crazy and exhilarating adventure full of twists and surprises.
