"Isle of Dogs" is the story of 12-year-old Atari Kobayashi, ward of the corrupt Mayor Kobayashi. When, by executive decree, all of Megasaki City's dogs are exiled to a vast garbage dump, Atari flies his Junior-Turbo prop-plane to Trash Island to save his bodyguard-dog, Spots.
